AKT Santa Nella Investors agreement term extended

Merced County is amending Development Agreement No. DA19-001 with AKT Santa Nella Investors, LLC to extend the First Term Extension from three to six years, extending the term to August 28, 2029, to support completion of water and infrastructure requirements for the Santa Nella Parkway subdivisions. The extension is processed via Ordinance and Amendment No. 2 with no additional CEQA review required under Section 15182.
