The City of High Point approved transferring 608 and 611 Cross Street to Black Lamb Development Corporation for affordable housing development in the Southside community. Black Lamb will construct owner-occupied homes in accordance with HUD public purpose requirements. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2024.
