The City of High Point Council will consider approving a Construction Manager at Risk agreement with Metcon, Inc. for construction of the new Electric Operations Center at 205 Model Farm Road. The CMAR contract will govern four construction phases, each to be priced and scheduled through separate Guaranteed Maximum Price amendments.
