The North Richland Hills City Council will consider Resolution No. 2026-028 to renew Flock Safety Raven gunshot detection and Falcon device subscriptions from Flock Group Inc. for a total of $384,000. The purchase will be funded with FY 2026 and prospective FY 2027 North Texas Anti-Gang Center grant funds and includes authority to transfer assets through agreements with the City of Arlington.
