The North Richland Hills City Council approved Resolution 2026-028 to renew Flock Safety Raven gunshot detection and Falcon ALPR device subscriptions from Flock Group Inc. for a total of $384,000 over two years. The subscriptions are funded through North Texas Anti-Gang Center grants and will be transferred to the City of Arlington via Regional Asset Transfer Addendums.
