Raleigh joins GoTriangle in new mobile fare procurement

Raleigh is entering an interlocal agreement with GoTriangle to conduct a new regional procurement for mobile fare payment technology after the current UMO contract expires at the end of 2026. The agreement will coordinate software and hardware needs while leaving each agency responsible for its own implementation.
