Hannibal Central School District Awards Food Services Contract to Hannibal Central School District (July 2026)

$63,500.00 for first year, plus one-half of Food Service Director’s salary, benefits, professional dues and conference expenses in subsequent years, plus mileage at IRS rate

July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with up to four automatic one-year renewals

Initial term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with automatic renewal for up to four additional one-year periods unless either party gives written non-renewal notice by June 1. If still in effect as of June 1, 2031, parties must formally review and any extension beyond June 30, 2031 requires majority approval by both Boards. Agreement may be terminated at any time by mutual written agreement or by either party on 60 days’ written notice, with payments prorated on early termination.

Agreement
