Red Creek Central School District Awards Food Services Contract to Hannibal Central School District (July 2026)

$63,500.00 for first year; one-half of Food Service Director’s salary, benefits, professional dues and conference expenses in subsequent years, plus mileage at IRS rate

July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with up to four automatic one-year renewals through June 30, 2031

Initial term July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027; automatically renews for up to four additional one-year periods unless either party gives written non-renewal notice by June 1 of the preceding year. If still in effect as of June 1, 2031, further renewal or extension beyond June 30, 2031 requires majority board approval by both districts. Either party may terminate at any time with 60 days’ written notice, with pro rata payment adjustment.
