The Neptune Beach Council is considering approval of the NFUCG Memorandum of Agreement under which JEA will administer shared consultant and legal services contracts for regional groundwater sustainability planning, with total owner costs capped at $1.5 million from 2027 to 2029. JEA will front payments to consultants and be reimbursed proportionally by the participating utilities.
