The Board of Public Works is asked to recommend adoption of a resolution authorizing a non-competitive 5-year master services agreement with the United States Geological Survey for citywide stormwater monitoring and watershed studies. The contract continues Madison’s existing partnership with USGS on green infrastructure, flood warning, and hydrologic data analysis.
