San Diego County plans to enter into a single source contract with the San Diego Housing Commission to administer a regional Homeless Diversion Fund, backed by $1.1 million in reallocated County ARPA revenue loss funds and additional philanthropic support. The multi-year agreement will fund flexible assistance and diversion services for approximately 600 households at risk of homelessness.
