Biddeford, Old Orchard Beach Ink GA Coverage MOU

Biddeford City Council authorized an MOU with the Town of Old Orchard Beach for Biddeford’s General Assistance Office to provide temporary coverage when Old Orchard Beach’s GA administrator is on leave. Under the agreement, Old Orchard Beach will reimburse Biddeford for staff time at $45 per hour through June 31, 2027.
