Description

On February 10, 2026 the Bedford Charter Township Board voted down a proposed new 401(a) Employee Elective Mandatory Before-Tax retirement plan under John Hancock that would have required a 5% employee contribution and 10% employer contribution. The plan would have sunset and superseded the township’s existing retirement plan.
