Final PPA invoice for all energy output through Effective Date, payable within thirty (30) days of receipt

Final billing under the terminated portions of the PPA; no further PPA payment obligations for the Hawthorne system and removed Bryant array after the final invoice is paid, aside from any Lost Savings calculations.
