Teaneck School District Awards Facilities Contract to Hudson Usb Itc Owner Llc (August 2026)

The Teaneck Board of Education approved a Termination and Removal Agreement with Hudson USB ITC Owner LLC to remove the non-operational Hawthorne Elementary solar system and a damaged Bryant Elementary array, while maintaining the remaining solar facilities under the existing power purchase agreement. Hudson will cover all removal costs, adjust performance guarantees for the reduced Bryant system, and the district retains rights to pursue Lost Savings under the PPA.
