Hennepin County approved a second amendment to Joint Powers Agreement A2412551 with the Minnesota Department of Human Services, extending the cost-neutral Housing Support arrangement through June 30, 2027 and raising the total receivable to $4,098,425.93. The added $1.39 million funds housing and rehabilitative services for American Indians with severe substance use disorders experiencing homelessness.
