Belton ISD and the City of Temple entered into an interlocal agreement for the City to operate an after-school childcare program at multiple BISD elementary campuses, with BISD waiving facility fees during program hours. The City will bear all program costs and maintain $1,000,000 in liability insurance for the term covering the 2026-2027 school year.
