Fourth amendment extends senior housing affordability covenants

The Ontario Housing Authority and Ontario Senior Housing Partners, L.P. executed a Fourth Amendment to their 2007 Disposition and Development Agreement, extending the affordability covenants for the 76-unit Ontario Town Square Senior Project by 99 years from the amendment date.
