Ninety-nine (99) years from the date of this First Amendment

Amends Section 23 of the original Agreement to establish a new 99-year effective period for covenants starting on the date of this First Amendment, replacing the prior covenant term. Also amends Exhibit H, Section 2, to extend the Density Bonus Regulatory Agreement term from 55 to 99 years.
