The City Council will consider dedicating two easements to Pacific Gas and Electric Company to allow undergrounding of overhead utilities along Hale Avenue as part of the Upper Llagas Creek Flood Control and Hale Avenue Extension Phase 2B Project. The City Manager would be authorized to execute and administer the related easement deeds.
