Initial term runs from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028. At the expiry of the initial term or any subsequent renewed term, the agreement automatically renews for an additional 12 months on the same terms unless either party gives at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of the term. In each renewal year, SBC may adjust its fee by a percentage not to exceed the District’s adjusted Act 1 index.
