Initial term runs from January 2026 through June 30, 2028. At the expiry of the initial term or any subsequent renewed term, the agreement automatically renews for an additional 12-month term on the same terms and conditions unless either party gives at least 90 days’ written notice prior to the end of the term. In each renewal year, SBC may adjust its fee by a percentage not to exceed the District’s adjusted Act 1 index.
