Lakeland Joint School District #272 is considering an Agreement to Perform, Indemnify and Warrant Work with the Lakeland Junior Hawks Football and Cheer Program for the donation, design, and construction of a new two-story shop facility at Lakeland Senior High School, funded entirely by the Club. The agreement requires the Club to provide a bond equal to 150% of the project estimate, carry liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and indemnify the District while transferring ownership of the completed improvements at no cost.
