Fifteen (15) years, commencing on a 2026 date and ending fifteen years later, subject to annual Board approval and 60-day termination right

Agreement runs for 15 years but must be affirmatively approved by the Board in each fiscal year; either party may terminate at any time with 60 days’ written notice. No reimbursement for construction costs upon termination, other than possible return of one dollar of rent.
