Austin to cost-share Fossil Creek water main oversizing

The City of Austin plans to enter into a cost participation agreement with Vanterra Capital Group, LLC to reimburse up to $709,430 for design and construction costs to oversize a 16-inch water main serving the Fossil Creek mixed-use development. The project will extend approximately 2,700 feet of water main in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction, with the City funding its proportionate share from the FY 2025-2026 Austin Water Capital Budget.
