Description

The District plans to amend Developer Agreement No. 2157(D) with Lennar Homes of California, LLC for Tract 6234 to include additional Creditable Facilities at Dakota and Polk Avenues at an estimated cost of $16,200, revising the total storm drain construction cost to $1,381,100. Excess construction credits will be reimbursed to the developer from future drainage fee revenues.
