The Cordova Recreation & Park District Board approved a Park Development Agreement with Lennar Homes of California, LLC for the Douglas 103 residential project. Lennar will dedicate a 2.67‑acre park site, pay Quimby in‑lieu and park development impact fees, and construct required frontage and grading improvements, while the District will design and build the park. The agreement also requires annexation into CFD 2018‑01 to fund long‑term maintenance.
