LAVTA’s Finance and Administration Committee is being asked to endorse a five-year, $1.3 million agreement with SINWAVES, Inc. DBA LYT to deploy a cloud-based Transit Signal Priority system at 67 intersections across Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin. The contract includes a small contingency, bringing the not-to-exceed amount to $1,318,774.30.
