Clarke County, in collaboration with VDOT, plans to pave the unpaved portion of Lockes Mill Road as part of the FY 2025–2030 Secondary System Construction Program, funded by state Telefee and district grant allocations. Construction is projected to start in Spring 2024 and VDOT will perform the work.
