Initial one-year term from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option by mutual agreement to extend for up to two successive one-year renewal terms (each July 1–June 30). Agreement can be terminated by either party at any time with 30 days’ prior written notice; Addendum A may be periodically revised without altering core terms.
