Cornelius approved a non-statutory Development Agreement with Holt Holdings OR, LLC for the 230-lot Laurel Crown subdivision, defining responsibilities for key road improvements and SDC/TDT credits. The City will build Southwest 345th Avenue while the developer constructs South 29th Boulevard and South Dogwood Street, including a mini-roundabout.
