$5,800 annual subscription fee for BoardDocs LT Plus; $0 remote implementation fee if conditions met

TECHNOLOGY

Initial Term of 1 year from Effective Date (or until next Fiscal Start Date of July 1 if fiscal year billing), with automatic 1-year renewal terms

Initial one-year term from the Effective Date or until the next July 1 fiscal start date if fiscal billing is elected, then automatic one-year renewals unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the initial or any renewal term. Renewal fees may increase to Diligent’s then-current rates if the district’s affiliation with the Ohio School Boards Association ends.
