September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with up to five (5) additional one-year renewal terms

ESBOCES may extend the lease for up to five additional one-year terms, each ending June 30 of the following year, by executing a written extension with the District by May 31 of the preceding year. Renewal rent increases annually by the tax cap’s most recent allowable growth factor (lesser of 2% or CPI-U), and the lease may not extend beyond ten consecutive years without State Education Department approval.
