Agreement is effective from September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ prior written notice. The SENDING DISTRICT is not obligated to renew upon expiration; any renewal or amendment must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Tuition rates may be adjusted when final NRT rates are issued or changed by the State Education Department.
