Rockport City Council will consider approving an interlocal agreement with The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley for Regional Security Operations Center services under the state’s cybersecurity initiative grant. The agreement will provide network security monitoring, incident response, and cybersecurity education to the City at no cost, effective upon execution and continuing until terminated.
