Participation in the S-1 Power Sale Agreement is tied to the Agency’s Power Supply Contract with Western Minnesota, originally dated October 1, 1976 and amended/restated multiple times, with this Agreement further amended and restated effective January 2, 2027 and running through January 1, 2067, then year-to-year unless terminated.
