Western Minnesota joins restated Hillsboro power agreement

Effective January 2, 2027 through hour ending 24:00 January 1, 2067, then continuing until terminated by either Agency or Municipality upon not less than one year written notice

Western Minnesota is the Power Supplier under a Power Supply Contract originally dated October 1, 1976 and subsequently supplemented and amended multiple times. This S-1 Agreement, to which Western Minnesota is a party, is amended and restated effective January 2, 2027 and runs through January 1, 2067, continuing thereafter until terminated with at least one year’s notice.
