Agreement becomes effective September 1, 2026 and continues until modified, renewed, or terminated. Renewal occurs annually upon written agreement by both parties. Either party may modify or terminate the agreement with at least 30 days’ written notice; termination does not affect current student placements unless the District approves otherwise in writing.
