FACILITIES

Commences immediately prior to commencement of the Facilities Lease and terminates upon expiration or earlier termination of the Facilities Lease, with extension until all Lease Payments under the Facilities Lease are fully paid if unpaid at scheduled expiration

Site Lease automatically extends beyond the scheduled Facilities Lease expiration if Lease Payments under the Facilities Lease are not fully paid, and terminates when all such payments are made; otherwise coterminous with the Facilities Lease. May be terminated early upon default under the Facilities Lease with ten days’ written notice, at which point title to the site and improvements vests in the District.
