Renewal

Facilities Lease term automatically ends six months after filing the Notice of Completion and cannot extend beyond ten months from commencement except by mutual written agreement. District holds a purchase option to acquire the Building Entity’s interests by paying the Guaranteed Maximum Price for work performed less Lease and Tenant Improvement Payments made, which terminates both the Facilities Lease and Site Lease.
