The City of St. Charles will execute a four-year service agreement with the St. Charles Business Alliance valued at between $850,600 and $886,600 annually through FY 2029–2030. The Alliance will continue providing destination marketing, tourism, events, and business support services funded by SSA 1B and hotel tax revenues while the City absorbs certain support service costs.
