The City of Toledo intends to execute zero-interest agreements with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, in connection with the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account, to fund up to $6,000,000 of Lead Service Line Replacement Project costs. The ordinance covers application, acceptance, and expenditure of these loan funds.
