Initial three (3) year term commencing at the start of Services (school years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029), with automatic one-year renewals thereafter unless terminated or fees not mutually agreed

Initial three-year term beginning at the start of Services with automatic one-year renewal terms thereafter, contingent on mutual agreement of fees for each renewal year. Either party may terminate for uncured breach (30 days plus up to 60 additional days if curing), for nonpayment after 45 days past due by contractor notice, or by either party on 60 days’ written notice; School may also terminate or request a 50% fee reduction during public health-related season disruptions. Renewal-year fees must be mutually agreed in advance or the term ends.
