Year One 2026-2027: $78,000; Year Two 2027-2028: $80,000; Year Three 2028-2029: $82,400; additional coverage at $70/hour; optional reduced fee of 50% of above fees during public health-related season reductions

Initial term of three (3) years commencing at the start of Services (school years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029), with automatic one-year renewals thereafter unless terminated or fees not mutually agreed

Initial three-year term beginning with the start of services, followed by automatic one-year renewal terms unless either party terminates per Section 5 or the parties fail to mutually agree on renewal-year fees. Either party may terminate for uncured breach (30+ up to 60 days cure period), nonpayment (Contractor may terminate after 45 days past due), or with 60 days’ prior written notice. During public health-related season cancellations or reductions, the School may terminate with prorated payment or reduce fees to 50% prospectively upon written notice.
