The City of Dripping Springs plans to renew its evergreen professional services and use agreement with Hell Country Productions Inc. to operate a seasonal haunted house and hayride at Dripping Springs Ranch Park. Under the revenue-sharing arrangement, the City retains 40% of ticket sales while the contractor receives 60% and manages all aspects of the attraction, including safety and operations.
