City staff proposed an evergreen Professional Services & Use Agreement with Hell Country Productions, Inc. to operate a seasonal haunted house and hayride at Dripping Springs Ranch Park. Under the draft terms, the City would receive 40% of gross ticket sales while Hell Country Productions would receive 60% and donate 10% of its share to a nonprofit, with a default of six operating days annually.
