Beaver Area Schools Enrolls in NRG PowerPay Program

UTILITIES

Three (3) years following the Effective Date; participation beginning with the 2026/2027 PJM Program Delivery Year, with Performance Obligation Periods running June 1 to May 31 annually

NRGCS holds a right of first refusal to match any competing demand response offers at the end of the initial three‑year term or any renewal period. The agreement, together with any Renewals or Addenda, supersedes prior agreements except for unexpired agreements governing Performance Obligation Periods prior to the Effective Date, which remain in force until the first whole Performance Obligation Period under this Agreement. Authorization for Duquesne Light Company to release usage data to NRGCS is perpetual unless terminated with at least 90 days’ written notice.
