Initial term runs through the 2028-2029 academic year. Either party may terminate with 90 days written notice after courses in progress conclude. Carlow may terminate immediately for material breach if not cured within 30 days of notice. No automatic renewal language is provided; continuation beyond 2028-2029 would require a new written agreement or amendment.
