Initial term runs through June 30, 2028, after which the agreement automatically renews for successive 12‑month periods unless either party provides written notice of non‑renewal at least 90 days before the end of the then‑current term. Early termination or failure to meet the 1,500 annual ticket minimum may trigger invoicing for full equipment cost and equipment must be returned within 30 days of notification or replacement fees apply.
