The Central Contra Costa Transit Authority plans to enter into an AHSC Implementation and Cooperation Agreement with Resources for Community Development to fund increased weekday service on Route 4. RCD will reimburse CCCTA for marginal operating costs up to $4,154,266 over approximately five years using Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities grant funds.
